PEAK PERFORMANCE Fitness offers
a variety of programs which emphasize on total conditioning, cardiovascular
fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The staff of certified
professionals is dedicated to providing quality, supervised programs in
a safe, enjoyable environment.

Aerobics Classes
- Ballroom Dancing: An effective way to learn to dance. Many beginners start with group lessons to master the basics and then add private lessons to refine their knowledge and develop more complex or advanced elements. The class is taught by Olga Cansino of Grace MGU (1 hour)
- Boot Camp: Back to Basics. A blend of cardio activities with muscle toning and strength. (1 hour)
- Hi-NRG: This advanced, high energy step class has innovative choreography that will definitely invigorate you! (1 hour)
- Step: Back to basics. Easy to follow choreography provides a great cardiovascular workout. Multi-leveled. Upper body with weights / abs included. (1 hour)
- Step & Sculpt: Basic step moves followed by muscle toning with weights. (1 hour)
- TBC Pace: Intervals of step and weights make this Total Body Conditioning class a challenge every time. (1 hour)
- Variety Hour: A cross training class whose format changes weekly. Includes aerobic conditioning (a variety of styles), weight training, and yoga flexibility moves. (1 hour)
- Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of latin and international music featuring rhythmic dance and fitness intervals/steps which helps tone and sculpt the body. Come join our amazing instructors DeAndra and Kaitlyn for an awesome workout. Highly recommended. (1 hour)
Self Defense
- Co-ed Kross-Box: Boxing and Boot Camp Fusion. Fun High-Intensity timed rounds using professional boxing training techniques to get you lean and mean. Led by Kristy and Christine of Rock Steady Boxing $3 Members, $12 Non-Members (1.5 - 2 hours)
- Piloxing: Piloxing is a fusing of pilates/core strength, boxing moves, and some dance moves for a full body workout. Join Ann on Wednesdays for a fun class and a great workout. (1 hour)
- RSB Parkinson's Boxing: This class is offered at Peak through Rock Steady Boxing Foundation. RSB strives to give hope to people with parkinson's and improve their quality of life using boxing for fitness. Participants need to be registered with rock steady boxing and be a member or have signed up for a trial pass.
- KRAV MAGA: Hand to hand Israeli combat delivered from judo, jujitsu, karate, western boxing and wrestling. Used for tactical defense.
Strength Training
- Body Sculpting: Non-aerobic total body workout. Includes strength and toning of all muscle groups using hand held weights, bars, exercise tubes, balls and the step. The focus here is muscular endurance - light weights with a high number of repetitions. (1 hour)
- Spinning: Spinning is an individually paced mental and physical training program on a specially designed bicycle. It is a safe, inspiring, non-impact workout that all ages and fitness levels will enjoy! Try it - you'll like it! Please bring a water bottle and padded shorts. (45 - 60 minutes)
- Yoga: This class incorporates easy stretches and postures plus breathing and relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress and improve flexibility and balance - all fitness levels welcome. This is great mind/body workout! (1 hour)
- Power Yoga: Beyond the Basics - Challenging. Sequencing of postures into an integrated movement. Hi-Energy, Hi-Heat. Prior Yoga experience recommended. (75 minutes)
- Pilates: An integrated floor exercise to challenge your core and entire body.
- PIYO: A Pilates and Yoga fusion.
