What will I gain from a Yoga Class?
Yoga increases body awareness, by practicing Yoga poses and Yoga postures this means that you will be able to tell when you are slouching and adjust posture. It lowers your resting heart rate and increases overall endurance. This is a great way to improve the amount of oxygen taken in during daily exercises.
How Often Should I attend Yoga Class?
Most people attend up to twice a week to gain most benefits, but it is completely up to you! Although you can easily find specialized yoga clothes, there really is no dress code for Yoga, just wear something that you are comfortable in.

Power Yoga: Beyond the basics. A challenging experience. Sequencing of postures into an integrated movement. High Energy. Prior yoga experience recommended. (75 minutes)
